Station 1: 821 Electric St Farmington, MO
This two story facility that houses the majority of ambulances. The upstairs provides a large classroom and quarters for the crews.The building is actually a larger building built on the site of the original building. It can hold a maximum of 8 ambulances. Station 1 is also the busiest station because it handles Farmington calls. Farmington is the largest city in St. Francois County and has several skilled nursing centers as well as a prison within its city limits. The station is located to easy access to Hwy 67 which is the major connecting highway in the county. This provides easy access to respond to calls in other station areas
Station 2: 5 Club St. Park Hills, MO
In 1999 two new stations were opened up in St. Francois County. Station 2 is our west county station. It is located in the west end of Park Hills. This provides easy access to many smaller towns in St. Francois County. Station 2 covers the areas of Park Hills, Bismarck, Leadington, Leadwood, and parts of Desloge. St. Joe State Park is one of the largest of Missouri's State Parks and is home to a very large ORV riding area.Station 2 is also a cover house, because if there are no ambulances available for either station 1 or station 3, then station 2 will respond to those areas. During summer months, station 2 is always a busy station
Station 3: 60 Hazel St., Bonne Terre, MO
Opened in 1999 covering Parts of Bonne Terre and Desloge, Terre Du Lac, Lake Timberline and Goose Creek as well as the near by prison facility. It's location with easy access to Highway 67 is important when you consider how many motor vehicle accidents we respond to in the northern part of the county.
Station 4: 2600 Anchor Dr Park Hills, MO
Station 4 was opened in January 2011 to house several critical operational functions. Station 4 is the new home to our Maintenance Mechanic and the EMS Supervisors, overseeing operations, protocol and processes are stationed at this location. Located on the outer road before the Parkway Exit on northbound side of Highway 67.
Station 5: 406 Airport Road, Bismarck, MO 63624
Station 5 was also opened in 2013. Summer also increases the activity of station 5, since it covers 3 lake developments. Station 5 covers Bismarck, parts of Iron Mountain Lake, Park Hills, Leadwood, Lake Hanna. Station 5 is the south west station and is located with easy access to Highway N. Station 5 is also a cover house, because if there are no ambulances available for station 2, then station 5 will respond to those areas.
Administration Building: 624 Wallace Rd., Farmington, MO 63640
This renovated building is located next to Station 1. The monthly Board Meetings are held in this location and the billing department is located there. This building was acquired to make room at Station One for a larger training center. The Administrator and Office Manager also have offices in this building.
